One of the best mom moments in TV history. I wish more parents knew how important it is to validate their children’s feelings.

some ancient agony aunt came out and said Irish girls dress like hookers and advertise their bodies to men for abuse by wearing revealing clothes.. and a lot of non Irish people agreed with the article. people who often have never been to Ireland. not only Ddo they not know Irish women who experienced rape but they are engaging in that familiar pattern of ,put down the Irish in any way possible’. I’ve had nights out with Scottish, American, English , Spanish, French, German and Italian people my age and guess what.. everyone was wearing equally revealing clothes. nowto the bit about leaving yourself open to abuse.. really are we really still having this argument?
Have an interview for a job I would actually like, dating an amazing guy and doing well in Uni.
And so the scary feeling that something must go wrong soon sets in.
